The Challenges in E-commerce

Deep Shopify Integration

Most AI chatbots are generic overlays that sit on top of a website without understanding the specific context and workflows of e-commerce. This often leads to irrelevant responses, poor user experience, and missed sales opportunities.

To address this, we developed multiple specialized Shopify apps with deep, native integration.

Our solution:

  • Works seamlessly with any Shopify theme using Theme App Extensions, requiring no code changes.
  • Keeps the shopping cart synchronized in real time during conversations, so users can add or update items directly through the chatbot.

  • Leverages webhooks to receive instant updates on orders, inventory, and product changes.

Real-Time Streaming Architecture

Traditional request–response APIs introduce noticeable delays in conversations, breaking the flow and frustrating users — especially in fast-paced e-commerce environments. To overcome this, we built a sophisticated real-time streaming system that delivers AI responses instantly and keeps the conversation natural and engaging.

Our solution includes:

  • Server-Sent Events (SSE): Streams AI responses as they’re generated, just like modern chat tools, keeping users engaged.
